Courier & Delivery:

• We use third-party courier services for dispatch.
• Shipment can be sent through customer's preferred courier service (if available).
• Any delay in delivery by the courier company is beyond our control, and we are not liable for such delays.
• We are not responsible for damages during transit.

Warranty Policy:

• 30 Days Replacement Warranty for Mechanical Parts (excluding Touch Screens and Motherboards)
• 7 Days testing Warranty for Touch Screens
• For Motherboards: NO DISPLAY / NO POWER – NO WARRANTY
• Warranty is valid only for malfunctioning defects.
• Part must reach us within the warranty period and in the same condition as dispatched.
• Physical damage, liquid damage, burnt components, mishandling, incorrect installation, or transit damage will void the warranty.
• Courier charges for warranty: One side borne by us, one side borne by customer.

A Laptop / All-in-One / Desktop is a machine consisting of multiple components. We provide warranty only for the specific part supplied by us and not for the complete system or overall solution.
